Purification engineering is a fundamental supporting industry with a wide range of applications. Currently, it is applied in many industries such as electronic information, semiconductor, optoelectronics, precision manufacturing, medicine and health, biotechnology, aerospace, automotive spraying, etc., and the level varies greatly according to the precision and dust-free requirements of the industry.
The engineering discipline that removes pollutants such as particles, harmful air, and bacteria from the air within a certain spatial range, and controls indoor temperature, cleanliness, pressure, airflow velocity and distribution, noise and vibration, lighting, and static electricity within a certain demand range. Cleanliness requirements:
(1) Clean room dust-free cloth should be used when cleaning the walls in the cleanroom;
(2) Prepare a cleaning agent with 90% deionized water and 10% isopropanol;
(3) Use approved cleanroom specific cleaning agents;
(4) Check the garbage bins in the workshop and maintenance room every day and clean them up in a timely manner.
(5) Every floor needs to be vacuumed. During each shift handover, the completion status of the work should be indicated on the map, such as where it ended and where it started.
(6) The floor of the clean room should be cleaned with a dedicated mop.
(7) When vacuuming in a clean room, a specialized vacuum cleaner with a high-efficiency filter should be used.
(8) All doors need to be inspected and wiped dry
(9) After sucking the floor, wipe it. Clean the wall once a week.
(10) Vacuum and wipe under the raised floor as well.
(11) Clean the pillars and support columns under the raised floor every three months.
(12) When working, always remember to wipe from top to bottom, from a distance away from the door towards the direction of the door.
